It might not really be seen and felt in this part of the world as it is in first world countries, but there are many signs around us that shows Automation is here to stay and it is bringing radical changes in all sectors of life.
Some days back, Airbus watched an Airplane fly on its own without any pilot in it. Airbus is getting closer to fully set up a self-flying aircraft, what will become of pilots? Flying cars will be in use before 2030, it is already manufactured, tested and confirmed as being reliable. In a few years time, most school buildings will become museums, as all that concerns education will be done online. Banks have started to opt for automation because of it's improved customer experience, it's the ability to detect fraud, revolutionizing risk management, providing security, etc and this move has seen many bankers having their jobs under scrutiny. 'Instant earnings' will replace 'Monthly salaries'. The more skills you have and your ability to excellence will increase your worth and value in this coming era of technological advancement.

An essential skill during the 4th industrial revolution will be the ability to see change not as a burden but as an opportunity to grow and innovate. Artificial Intelligence does not have emotions, so humans with a very high level of emotional intelligence will be needed to aid Artificial Intelligence. Only HIGH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT Doctors, Bankers, Teachers, etc will have their jobs, others will lose their jobs.

Emotional intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. Getting a great job will be based on your skills, not necessarily your schooling certificates. The Artificial Intelligence takeover of jobs will widen economic divides, leading to social upheaval.
